Dr. Folake Pepple, MBBS, LMCC, MRCGP
Dr. Pepple has been caring for patients of all ages in Calgary, AB for over 22 years. She enjoys family medicine with a focus on women’s wellness and has a special interest in dermatology with aesthetic medicine. It is her passion to help patients enjoy healthy, youthful skin with anti-aging treatments.
She has received extensive training nationally and internationally in these advance treatments such as wrinkle reduction, dermal fillers, and platelet rich plasma therapy for hair loss and skin rejuvenation. She also administers treatments for chronic migraine and hyperhidrosis.
She has been practicing medicine since 1998 and completed her residency program in family medicine in the UK. She was awarded the Diploma in Practical Dermatology with Distinction at Queen Mary University in London UK in 2018.
Dr. Pepple maintains good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and College of Family Physicians of Canada. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Primary Care Society of Dermatology Canada.

Dr. Chris Okpaleke
Dr. Pam Odiegwu practiced medicine in the province of Saskatchewan for six years before joining our team, and has extensive medical training in Canada which has given her a wide area of expertise within family medicine.
Dr. Odiegwu holds a CCFP designation from the College of Family Physicians and has met Canada’s standards for education and training in medicine. Her special interest is on Women’s Wellness, Chronic Disease Management, Pediatrics, and she has also included Aesthetic Medicine and treatment of Chronic Migraines in her practice.
Dr. Odiegwu is focused on providing exceptional medical care with a compassionate and understanding approach to address the needs of her patients and families. She is currently accepting new patients, so contact us to make your appointment today.

Dr. Sheena Katigema
Dr. Katigema was born and raised in Calgary before moving to Montreal for school. She returned to Calgary to complete medical school and then completed her residency in Family Medicine in Edmonton. She has a special interest in reproductive and sexual health care, and strives to create an inclusive environment for all patients.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Katigema is an amateur gardener, dancer, and cat mom.

Dr. Ola Ojoye
Dr. Ojoye holds a master’s degree in pain management, enhancing his ability to address complex patient needs, and a diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology, allowing him to provide comprehensive care to women.
Currently practicing at Vanguard Medical and Aesthetic Clinic, Dr. Ojoye continues to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to improve the health and lives of his patients.

Dr. Zelia Toje
Dr. Zelia Toje, MD, MRCGP (UK), CCFP, is a compassionate and highly skilled family physician and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (formerly North American Menopause Society, NAMS). She has a strong focus on family medicine, women’s health, and menopause care. In addition, she holds the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG) and is an Associate Member of the RCOG (UK), underscoring her advanced training and lifelong commitment to women’s health across every stage of life.
Having practised in Canada, the UK, and Nigeria, Dr. Toje brings a broad international perspective to her work. She values building long-term, trusted relationships with her patients and strives to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment. Whether supporting women through the transition of midlife, managing ongoing health concerns, or providing comprehensive family care, Dr. Toje is dedicated to helping each patient achieve their best health and well-being.

After graduating medical school in 2009, Dr. Makinde honed her skills in family medicine for over 12 years in the United Kingdom before moving to Calgary. She’s deeply passionate about Women’s health and Diabetes management.
With her warm demeanor and attentive listening, Dr. Makinde excels at creating a safe, welcoming space where patients truly feel heard and supported. She’s dedicated to cultivating lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Dr. Aminu is a UK-trained family physician with over 10 years of experience in general practice. She also holds a Master’s in Public Health from Northumbria University in Newcastle. Her special interests lie in mental health and women’s health—areas where she is especially passionate about making a difference.
Dr. Aminu has enjoyed teaching future doctors as a GP tutor for third-year medical students at the University of East Anglia, UK. She’s known for her kind and compassionate nature, and is truly dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-centred care to everyone she sees.
